The food here is amazing, but the service was great. Specifically my waiter Katie was the nicest and best server. Extremely sweet, and very on top of things!

This place has a constant churn of patrons. We came in as a party of 8 around 4:30pm hoping to avoid the rush hour crush of people. Lo and behold, place was packed at that time and stayed that way until we left. Must be a good sign! Ordered several items to try and all were good. Seafood pancake had a really nice crunch on the outside. Filling was okay. I liked that you have the option for sizes so small was perfect to share. Soy garlic korean fried chicken wasn't bad. I prefer less sauce. Had a good crunch and the size of the chicken wing was worth it. The beef bulgogi and tofu soup combination is a good bang for your buck. Its less than a normal full serving of beef and you get the tofu soup too. The soup broth was good. Giant chunks of tofu. A sprinkle of seafood. All in all, so satifsying when mixed with rice. Service was quick and attentive. The menu has a solid variety of Korean dishes to try. Glad we got a chance to stop h

Excellent Korean food! The Dolsot (stone bowl) cooked calamari is a favorite, and you must try the garlic honey chicken wings. The Bibimbap is a favorite healthy choice. Suggest medium spice unless you are a bit more adventurous. The staff is helpful and happy and service is very good. The restaurant is cozy, nicely appointed and clean.

The BEST Korean Food Around It's about time to write this review. Food packed with flavor, great variety, comfy place, amazing service. If asked what's my favorite place to eat, no matter if Korean or not, it would be Dolsot House. We found it when we were working in NJ. Even though it wasn't close, we stopped by at least once a week. Now back in PA we appreciate the food and service at Dolsot House even more, even though we can't stop by as frequently. IT'S SO GOOD! The intro is already perfect, banchan, tiny plates with lots of flavor. Hands down favorite: Spicy BBQ Chicken Dolsot. With that crispy rice, the egg, the vegetables, I want to drive to NJ just thinking about it. The fried chicken wings! I don't even like wings, omg, they are so delicious, crunchy, messy, perfection. Japchae - Perfect every time. I don't eat beef, but I love these sweet potato noodles and don't even care about the beef, I somehow eat around it. One of my friends was crazy about the beef bulgogi, that's the only thing he got - slivers of tender marinated beef. The combination boxes are great, especially for lunch. The service is amazing, very attentive. The owner, manager, or whatever your position is - you know who we are talking about - recognizes us every time we stop in, even if just once a year. How amazing is that!!! We LOVE Dolsot House, please come to PA!!!
